It’s time to pause and remember the importance of *your* physical and mental health! Here’s some activities that we at bStable recommend.

1. Get Physically Active

There is no better way to get your endorphins going than to get active! Whether it’s a brisk walk or an intense workout, exercising has been proven to do wonders for your mood, energy level, and overall well-being.

2. Evaluate Your Career Satisfaction

If you’re on an unsatisfying career path, then it may be time for a change. Working in a field that excites you could give you the spark you need to increase your motivation levels and help create an overall feeling of satisfaction with life.

3. Meditate

A few moments of meditation each day can have tremendous effects on our mental well-being. Practicing mindfulness throughout the day can help reduce stress, increase focus, improve sleep quality, and give us an overall feeling of peace and clarity about life’s challenges. See how you can better maintain a meditation practice with bStable Go!

4. Learn To Set Limitations

Everyone has their limits. Learn yours by recognizing when it’s time to take a break from work or social activities that exhaust you mentally or physically. Taking breaks will allow you to recharge and come back stronger than ever before.

5. Increase Sleep Quality

Quality sleep is key for optimal mental health! The National Sleep Foundation recommends adults get 7-9 hours of sleep each night. If you don’t get enough quality rest, then make sure to set aside more time for sleeping each night so that your body can properly rejuvenate itself.

6. Choose a Healthier Lifestyle

Nutritious meals, avoiding junk food/fast food, limiting caffeine intake (or replacing coffee with green tea), and drinking lots of water throughout the day –  are all simple but effective ways to ensure your body is getting what it needs in order to stay healthy!

7. Keep Hydrated

Hydration helps us power through our day-to-day, allowing us both physically and mentally to stay on top of our game. Whether it’s a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon boost, make sure you’re drinking plenty of water so that your vibrant and refreshed mind can take on anything life throws at you.

8. Keep Your House Healthy

Clutter in your home can quickly lead to feelings of overwhelm. Keep things clean and organized so that when you come home at night after a long day at work, there won’t be any unnecessary stressors waiting for you!

9. Avoid Unhealthy Relationships

Negative relationships with people who only bring toxicity into our lives can cause us all sorts of problems, physical and emotional pain included. Make sure that those around you are positive influences who will support and encourage growth within you as well as in others who are close by!

10. Get a Degree

Education is power. Having knowledge about certain topics not only gives us confidence but also makes us more marketable when searching for employment opportunities or simply engaging in conversations with friends/family members about current events etc. So if you’re looking to make waves in your industry, or break into a new one, consider continuing or enhancing your education. If you’d like to be a teacher, for instance, you’ll need to earn your bachelor of education – check out online courses that make this an easy and convenient endeavor.

Establish a Business

Finally, starting up your own business is another great way to increase mental wellness and gain financial independence if done properly. Although this process may seem daunting at first glance – research various options available and seek advice from experienced mentors in order to turn dreams into reality without any hiccups along the way.

Self-improvement is not always easy, but it is worth every effort put forth toward achieving optimal wellness and mental health. Whether it be getting physically active or establishing a business, each step taken will be beneficial when trying to create better versions of ourselves both professionally and personally.
