bStable at the Northwest Illinois Health Fair

bStable will be at the Northwest Illinois Health Fair on May 1st. The Health Fair will be offered in nine counties, serving: Boone, DeKalb, Jo Daviess, Lee, McHenry, Ogle, Stephenson, Whiteside & Winnebago. This event was created to help connect the Community with Healthcare Providers, Senior Services, and Mental Health.
